Advanced Home Workout

Happy Holidays. Here’s an early present from PerrinPT, a wicked hard home workout!
This workout can be moderately difficult or very – very hard, it mostly depends on the rest you take between each exercise. The repetitions and sets are suggestions, the workout should not take longer than 45 minutes to complete.
This routine incorporates plyometrics which embody sports-related movements and skills. Make sure you have a solid strength-training background (two to four months minimum) before attempting this routine.
